I was really excited for my shoot with Vicky – she had asked for a Photo Shoot Voucher for her Birthday (and I always feel SO privileged when I’m a Birthday gift)! Vicky picked a beautiful day in June for her shoot, and even got her sister, Melanie, involved too – so we had a fun-filled shoot morning.
Carol came along to help behind the scenes and her assistance was INVALUABLE – holding me up so I could balance on a park bench to get an overhead angle, couldn’t have got the shot without her (so THANK YOU)! We had SUCH a laugh throughout – which is what the photo shoots are all about!
Vicky had planned her shoot well and came with two outfits – her military attire, and her new show gear. She told me how she had evented with the Military and was always in uniform, but never managed to capture any nice photos of her and Ziggy together while dressed up – so this was our goal for the shoot.
I had so much fun getting creative with this idea and, with Ziggy being a gem throughout, we managed to capture some really lovely shots! It was very moving photographing Vicky in uniform next to the War Memorial on D day.
We then rounded up the shoot with some photos of Vicky in her show gear too! Thank you for making me feel so welcome – and I hope we captured everything you had in mind!
