DELIVERY INFORMATION

PAYMENT

P&P charges will apply subject to individual requirements.

Full payment is required before delivery of any products.

​

 

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME

If you have a specific deadline then let me know and I will do my best to meet your requirement.

Turn around times are given in good faith but cannot always be guaranteed.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

If the address is incorrect or outdated, I can not take responsibility for any parcels that don't reach the recipient.

​

If you have moved since giving me your Postal Address - please notify me of your current Address when placing your order. 

 

If your parcel is delivered to the wrong address due to the above reason, a further charge is additional to the delivery charge as the item will need re-producing and has to be re-sent.

 

If you choose not to proceed, no refunds of previous payments can be given.

RETURNS POLICY

Please note, due to products being custom made, I can only accept returns on faulty or damaged goods.

​

To return faulty or damaged goods, please check delivery contents and report problem as soon as possible as most carriers allow only 3 days to make a claim. 

Please email amythomsonart@outlook.com detailing, in full, the damage or fault relating to your order. Along with the email, I ask you to provide photographic evidence to support your claim.

 


 

CANCELLATION 

Please note, due to products being custom made, I can not accept cancellations once payment has been received.
